Do not deal with these people, I don't care how low cost they make their product or what things they say they will give you. Don't deal with phone or chat, you need to have proof of what's going on and you will make yourself more stressed being in hold. Still waiting on the return of funds but I have everything documented and sent to bank. Lesson here, if you get roped in and want to cancel open a BBB case against them, else they won't take you seriously. After Nectar Support forwarded me to the return team (finally.) I inform them of this, they had it canceled in 15mins and forwarded me to a senior to finish the return. For those that didn't know, they got hit with a class action some year or so back for this same kinda thing. On day 57, I open a case complaint with the BBB. It is around July 26th, the portal says it to be assigned tracking by July 8th lol. Keep in mind the whole time the rest of my order has no tracking. The next 3 weeks was back and forth of emails of, "Are you sure you want to cancel", and "If you do send us photos of the bed and the other items." Oh you mean the bed I never received? Sure I'll get right on that!! I send it multiple times for sheets and protector I have as they bounce me from one rep to another. I didn't even check the protector because it was probably wrong too.Īfter that I requested a cancel, at the same time I notified my bank to dispute it as that process takes 90 days. Come to find out they can't reship the correct sheets because they don't have any. I was livid at this point, so I emailed support. I was supposed to get white 100% cotton, what I received was 100% polyester sand color from some no name random company. However, the sheets are nothing like what is online. Also why two separate portals with conflicting information? What they fail to mention is that is processing time (up to 60) + your shipping time selected at checkout. Where did it ship from? China? As it comes out, yes, that's exactly where this stuff comes from. About 30 days later I get an email with tracking and a second shipping status portal from Resident Homes (the parent company) explaining my sheets and protector are in the way. The pillows are supposed to be smashed with the mattress but I wouldn't know since I never got it. Your order does not ship all at once, oh noo, you get 4 separate shipments. What I then experienced was 60 days of hell. I wrote it off and just chalked it up to Covid. That sent me some yellow flags because I expect to get a confirm within 2 business days. I selected my ship time as 14 days, and was on my way. I placed an order on June 10th, for a King Bed, 2 Pillows, King Foundation (Frame), Luxury sheets with White Glove Service. I have a saved transcript of our chat regarding this false advertising in their promotions and included it with this review because I think transparency on this matter is of utmost importance: ** Also, you can see other reviews posted on this site regarding the same promotion and the same problem happening. This is very troubling and I would advise not to purchase from this business. They use pictures and links of their products and cite those dollar values but will send you other third-party items for the free promotional items which are unexpected and not of equal value. Their promotions in the past (I cannot say regarding the future) are very much false advertising, at least in this instance. This was never stated on the promotion during purchase anywhere but I was told when asking for assistance on this the following, "Upon checking back and forth with our team, it seems that we are moving on to sending non-Nectar branded promotional items but of course still luxury and great quality items." IMPORTANT: They also told me that any items in their promotion are not promised to be the actual items (they can be from third-party partners) nor are they promised to actually be the value listed.
